MJ's little flock

And they're small for a standard hen, maybe Sandy's size when fully grown.

So I needn't feel rushed to build the superduper henhouse.
Apparently they're fliers. Is that a problem?

Not really. I can snip the wing feathers if neds be.

I can't tell if these are the European standard-sized Vorwerks or the american banty-sized. They look rather small against the Norfolk Grey.

Also, is that a barred rock back there?

It looks like a BR to me. There are a couple of breeds with similar feathering but out here I'd be betting on a BR.

The greys are a heavy breed so possibly quite a bit larger that the Vorwerks. Can you ask which they are? Will they know?

So you get your pullets...what happens if your breeder comes good?
I'm very conflicted right now. I wish I knew where I stood.

I'll take my chances, get two tomorrow and if she comes good, I'll just have to take the legbars as well.
