Mine would have freaked out over a low flying bird that close. I still have to tell them “it’s ok, it’s ok” when the guard ravens are nearby. They know to hide from hawks, but if I spot one first, I reinforce with an alarm call and they definitely respond to that.

They react to me doing that call as loudly as I can.And the girls react to that? Awesome! Or are they reacting to a recording of a chicken?
I got a photo of Peggy's surgical spot yesterday. If it weren't for the bald spot with new feathers growing in, you wouldn't know she'd been opened up. So the antibiotics delivered on cheese was a winner.
