That's not much. For women that could easily disappear in one day a month for headaches and cramps. There is no annual leave in America. It's all to the discretions of the employer. I personally have 12 days per year I can use for vacation, sick, and personal time, that's it.
You've got me thinking about the fishermens market. But they wouldn't have prawns down here, would they? And I'm probably too late anyway. It's already 8.If anyone wants prawns here the lads take a boat out Christmas morning. They arrive here still jumping...![]()
We're having them cold in a big saladI'll be right over. I love prawns on the grill. YUMMY![]()
That sounds wonderful and hectic and even more wonderfulYou might have to sleep on the couch. I look like having a full house but if your ok with that ~ any time. Let me know which boat you're on.![]()
My family could be the reason I people out so quickly. That sounds wonderful and hectic and even more wonderful![]()
I wouldn't know MJ. I know lobster is big this year; crab prices have plummeted but then a late order came through for crab from Sydney & the lads were scrambling to pack if a flight was available... I gotta wonder about some people.Y

Yeh, that's a shame. Everyone will be tired for his birthday. My family could be the reason I people out so quickly. There are 7 of us then add in 2 DILs & 3 grandies & we are overflowing in no time. I think most will float round boxing day morning to wish the man a Happy Birthday. Dreadful day to celebrate anything.
Yeah, the men folk usually veg on the cricket & the Sydney to Hobart. The Sydney~Hobart is cancelled so who knows if there'll actually be any cricket either. Keeps them out of my hair.Yeh, that's a shame. Everyone will be tired for his birthday.
Do they often fly around to catch what they need for orders?I wouldn't know MJ. I know lobster is big this year; crab prices have plummeted but then a late order came through for crab from Sydney & the lads were scrambling to pack if a flight was available... I gotta wonder about some people.
