If he has problems with magpie while riding, you could get him a "mo-hawk" to stick on his helmet.https://www.99bikes.com.au/azur-12z-wireless-bike-computer

If he has a good sense of humour get him some fluro helmet stickers...![]()
The problem with those is they don't really hold much. Ok for a single person but no good for a largish family.
Why not both? Or if you have large sheets that wouldn't fit on a fold up line, as Lozzy pointed out (thank you Lozzy, I didn't think of this) maybe a retractable line like this?Good idea. I'll think about it.
The laundry is in an outhouse. It gets quite warm in there so I think clothes on a ceiling mounted airer will dry quickly even though they're not in direct sunshine.
I was thinking of something like this but seven laths deep.

I usually put sheets in the tumbler. But i recall how lovely they smell when sun dried. There might a spot once the old corro rain water tank is removed. It leaks. In time, I'll get a string of narrow, tall ones up against the walls of the house. For now I catch water in a small aluminium tank which overflows every winter. It's far from ideal. Why not both? We’ve got one of these in our outhouse laundry, that’s good for small things in an emergency.

We have a pull out line. They are stronger than they look.If that can hold a king-size sheet (and is pretty strong) I reckon it could be a goer!
