Hi Grammy! How is your wrist today?

It's doing okay, hand is still swelling some, still have pain with some movement of course, but overall I can't really complain. OT is going well and we will add weight this week. Thank you for asking

They are indeed dill pickles. The first time I ever had one I thought that is going to be awful but they are actually quite good withe powdered sugar, egg and ham.

Thank you! I'm a little worried about worms and coccidia from the wildbirds pooping in the water, but otherwise I think they're doing ok. Attitudes are generally content and cheerful.

We call them Dutch Babies & fill them with fruit & cream.

They are very easy to make. Basically you melt about 4oz of butter in a deep pie dish then pour your batter in. The batter rises in funny shapes as it cooks
