Mary's moult is taking a long time this year.

I prefer a long slow molt to naked hens. But it can be pretty cold here when some of them choose to molt.

Is that a seaonal habit or did something disrupt their daily visits?

She didn't actually drink any but she was very interested.

And while I'm on the topic of Ivy, she's restless this morning and inspecting potential nests. So she may be laying eggs again soon. It's been a while since her last egg. February I think, but I'll check the notes once I'm back in the kitchen.
