I had the same issue when I looked for them here when MJ first got hers. Then I remembered that they wouldn’t work for me in a deep freeze winter so I abandoned the search.

Still trying to find the optimum sleep spot for Tegan. I tried putting a towel in a kitty litter tray for her like a little ‘nest’ but she wasn’t in it this morning. I had to let them out and they were quite reluctant to leave this morning. I don’t know if something spooked them but if it did, I have no idea what. I had some bloody poops yesterday , but none today.

I guess they feel very safe in there. Is Tegan not using the roost?

She wants to, she got up on the lower roost tonight. I put towels down as padding under the tarp but she may not jump down in that direction.

She got up there ok, but she really does the ‘up periscope’ thing with her neck, trying to gauge how far to jump. I’m just worried about her hurting herself and I’m starting to tear my hair out; Lottie seems off.

I don't know if this could work - but would it help if you had a really thick layer of bedding - pine shavings or leaves - under the roost so she wouldn't hurt herself if she jumped off?
