For some reason this feels like the botany thread. So I will post these here.

First the white teacup roses planted where our the leghorn ladies, Dolly, Trisha, and Elphie are buried.

Second, ignore the messy flower box but this year Mrs BY Bob did not pull out my Black Eyed Susans and they are coming in great!

My youngest daughter's favorite flower is the Lilly. So we planted some back when she was young. Every year the bloom for Father's Day. Of course they always remind me of her.

Then finally, my big success. After 3 years of begging and fighting off the rabbits, my Holyhocks seem to have turned the corner and we have blooms! That fence is 6 feet high in reference.

Just keep the cats away from the lilies though, as they are poisonous to them. They smell gorgeous though, I had lilies in my wedding bouquet.

Gorgeous flowers Bob!

Today I drove a big truck for the first time ever and I did ok! A dining set has been taken to storage, a couch to the upholsterers, and a desk chair to my cousin's house. I've got way more floor space now and I'm going to fill it with junk from the cellar, sort it all out, then set up the cellar as a library. Then I'll think about a nice big rug for the living room and some comfy seating.

Good for you. It takes some bravery to get in there and drive a big truck. Very good on your part on many levels! 👏
