@Shadrach would love the chicken in a tree!Took me 4 goes and I can’t copy result again. The first is an issue with my brain. The second is an issue with my phone.

The NYT is much harder I find. Most times I tried I couldn't do it. Sometimes it's words I don't even knowAaaand then the NYT wordle took 6.
I was going to ask why Aussie ? She’s a barred rock right ? And then I realizedThat was brutal.
I guessed this 5-letter word in 5/6 tries.
Can you guess this word?

Thank you for asking about ChristaThe NYT is much harder I find. Most times I tried I couldn't do it. Sometimes it's words I don't even know.

My brain is not working early morning ... the night was too warm !
How is Christa MJ ?
A bunch of mine have done that too.Thank you for asking about Christa![]()
She sits on her special nest for a few hours a day. Then she gets up and loudly announces her egg.
But there's no egg.
Apart from that and her weird recent "eggs" she seems healthy. She runs around, never walks, gets into mischief, picks fights, eats first, all the usual signs of a thriving hen.
I've seen it in other hens too. If it weren't for those two very odd eggs she laid, I wouldn't be worried about her.A bunch of mine have done that too.
Sometimes it's a problem, sometimes not. When Chipie does it, i’m almost sure it's actually because she doesn't want the others to know she’s almost not laying anymore !!
It's rather reassuring that Christa seems full of health otherwise.
I wondered if that was Princess Pigletine taking the high ground!I am quite fond of her myself!
That is Piglet. For once having an adventure unrelated to food.
Poor Janet.I've seen it in other hens too. If it weren't for those two very odd eggs she laid, I wouldn't be worried about her.
I should be more worried about Janet who's struggling against her bacteria again.
