We do that, PLUS she had a week of broody jail nights, and she still persists! I took a photo of the day she went broody; I’ll have a look and see how long it’s been.

Actually no, it was earlier than that. I think she’s been broody since around 16th December, and now it’s 27th January. It feels like forever!

Oh, and Angel has gone broody for the 4th time this summer.

I emptied all the straw from Ivy's nest and it seems to have had an effect. Have you tried that too?

We’ve locked her out of the house all day and she’s just sat in the dirt. Now they’re both broody again I can try taking the nest out, but I don’t think it will make much difference. I can still try, I’ll just make sure Angel has stopped laying for the time being.
