That is after several days of melting and a smaller second snow.
Here was in the middle of the first storm when I waded out to the Chicken Palace to bash snow off the hawk net. Lots on the chair and it is sheltered by the garage wall!

I made a snow man the last big storm. This storm is a bit odd because it is relatively warm so the snow is quite heavy and wet. Then it melts and freezes over at night so it becomes quite treacherous. Not really that fun!

The builders were here yesterday and they installed all of the brackets for the posts. It was tricky in places because they ran into some of the steel within the concrete.

They stood a couple of posts up to gain a perspective on how it'll look when finished.
