Thanks Lozzy, I was so sick last week. Just beginning to get back to normal again, but still rather naseous. Not sure what it was, except to say it wasn't covid. A virus of some description.

Nothing has changed with the chickens. The Vulture is still a quiet little boy but getting so big!

We're just heading into a heatwave, which will be a challenge for the chickens. I may put the hose on a trickle for them.

Dear MJ, please understand that while RC may have shared the private information that you are doing a bit better while you may just wanted to take a break from us all, she therefore saved you from receiving in a few days at the worse possible moment (due to the curse that makes unwanted text messages always beep at the worse possible time) an awkward text from a foreign unknown number going "hi, it's manueb, from BYC, sorry for intruding, huu... are you ok ?".

So, MJ, please don't be upset with RC or with me. I will shut up now that we have reassuring news , I promise.

(I did realise after I posted my initial request that in case someone had bad news, this would indeed be very awkward, and just hoped that if it was the case that person would have the good sense to reply with a pm.)
