Modern game bantam chicks

Hi guys, I am really worried about one of my chicks, the slow grower.

At three weeks he suddenly started to let a wing hang a bit, I thought sprain or something and taped it, but it didn't help. He had no problem flapping both his wings though.

Now he is getting worse. His whole body looks like an S, he is wobbling on his legs, the wing still drooping. He has difficulty walking straight. His wing feathers look kinda chaotic, too.
He is eating and drinking fine.

Now would Vitamin E defiency make his wing droop and so on?

Would Mareks present with wry neck? He is not paralyzed in either leg, grips fine with all toes, flaps his wings.. I have tried to feel for growths etc. But didn't find anything.

The other chicks are doing great.

To me it looks like a neurological issue :(

He is apart now, I will try to attach a video.

:jumpyI'm so happy that I finally got 2 mod game chicks.
A happy 4th of July to me with chicks bursting from their shells!
🎆 🎇

Out of 12 shipped eggs, 4 developed and 2 hatched. (a blue and a black) My seramas slipped 2 unauthorized eggs under the broody hen & of course both of those hatched as well.

They are almost 3 weeks old and all still look like girls. However, I believe the tan serama is male..... just a gut feeling since there's a little comb where the others have none and the legs are a bit thicker.

Is sexing modern games like all the other single comb breeds? (Around 4 weeks hints of gender & by 6 weeks confirmation?) Feather development is the same for all 4, so no help there. Any tips or tricks?

Any tips for sexing mod game bantams? Things to look for in the next weeks? (stance, head shape, feather development, etc.)

My blue hatched a day later & has always been slightly bigger. Otherwise they're the same.

I know it's going to be what it's going to be, but I like predicting and then finding out if I was correct.
