His feathers are coming in as almost a partridge pattern, or almost a brown red. His legs are too long to be a RIR... But I'll ask in that thread.

Must be a BB Rdd then. Color looks right in wings for now. The brown reds are black as chicks which a brown tinge head

BB Red Modern chicks are chipmunk striped, so it's not one of them.

I don't think it's a Modern game. Can you get a pic of it standing by the other chicks?

Well, I can see why you think it's a Modern. But, Urch is only supposed to have Brown Red or Birchen Moderns and it doesn't seem to be one of those colors. It really does look like a Partridge something.

Do you think it's possible that he maybe accidentally put the wrong cock in the wrong breeding pen and ended up crossing varieties? I really like him, he definitely is a curious, bossy little thing... And I would love to show him at some shows this year, maybe start breeding Modern Games.
