I have gotten mine from Ebay, and off searches from the internet. Check out the Hatching egg section off of here. I will have some this summer after I have all the chicks I will need to breed from this spring.

ordered asstd bantams from ideal, thinkin i may have either a black or burchin MGB pair.... ill post pics later on after they are feathered out a bit more....

Looking at backyardpoultrymag.com and mypetchicken.com, modern game bantams are described as not winter hardy. However, it's not clear how severe of a winter that means. Would they be happy as a backyard chicken in central NJ?

How is Ideal in terms of bantam modern game bird quality?

I'm from central NY and my birds do good fathered in a unheated coop with ventetation. It's been down to -5 without winter chill outside of house so in it it it's about 10-20 degrees warmer.

I ordered a modern assortment from ideal a few years ago. They were friendly small side buys. Good breed charadtrricts for around the far, pets and eggs but a little low caliber gorcmajorcpoultry shows
