Modern game bantams...

How loud are your modern game roos?

Not really loud. The same as any other bantam. They have a high pitched voice that's ear splitting if you happen to have your head next to the cage when then sound off! lol

These are my brown red bantams. I show them. I also have some for sale if anyone is intrested.

Where are you located? I bought a trio this Fall from a "famous" breeder. After I looked at them more closely, I realized the pullets have blue in their earlobes.

Do you ever sell any hatching eggs?

I am in NY. Yes I do sell eggs because they lay so good for me I get more chicks then I need.

Can someone please help me... I got some chicks tonight. 4 buff Cochin Bantams for sure, however I got one more that I was told could possibly be a Heritage RIR. However, I'm positive its not, and a Modern Game Bantam. It has very, very, long legs compared to the Cochins, and runs real fast for a chick. (Already made a great escape in the garage!) Here are some pictures:


Sorry for the bluriness in that one, he (acts like a he so I'm assuming he is one). runs when I got close so I had to use the zoom button and it turned out blurry.

Doesn't look like a brown red modern to me. They are black as chicks. RIR is possible

Unless its a BB Red modern, i have never seen a chick of them
