Molasses consistency poop and one chick that can't walk

I checked her over, and can't see anything... I did notice yesterday that when she was crawling, she would stop, lay down, and put out her leg...
I've been trying to think through scenarios, and the perch was in front of the mason jar waterer, and if she was facing the opposite way, she wouldn't see it falling, and I wonder if it fell on her back toe.
