mold on bottom of cabnitbator

Clean the mouldy area with a bleach solution, 1 part bleach to 4 parts water, rinse with clean water and allow to dry. I'm afraid warm, humid conditions while incubating can make the mold come back, so you'll have to be vigilant about keeping it clean between hatches.

The mold can spread to your eggs as well and that won't be good! Rather clean it. You said you have 2 incubators. Are they both occupied or can you transfer the eggs from the mouldy one to other one? If not get your bleach solution ready and clean the 'bator quickly. The lower temps and humidity drop won't affect the eggs as long as it's for a short period only.

I would take the eggs out and even if you can't put them into another incubator, wrap them up in a blanket or something to keep them warm while you clean the mold out. Hens get off the nest while incubating, a little drop in temp won't hurt the eggs. I've even had an incubator lose power for an hour or more without losing a hatch.

But by all means, get that mold cleaned up asap! And then you need to address the general environment as well, as it's coming in from somewhere.

Good luck with it.
