Molt??

I brought these hens home a few days ago, one has a bald spot on her bum. I don't know if she's sick or if its a molt. Please help

That looks more like feather picking to me, where they came from were they kept in overcrowded contitions? I would also check all of them thoroughly for any signs of lice or mites. This will help you know what to look for: http://www.the-chicken-chick.com/poultry-lice-and-mites-identification/
I'll be sure to check for mites. I don't know much about their old home except that theyre were 12 of them but a predator got in and killed most of them (maybe they're stressed from that tramautic event?). And when I came to pick them up they had been stored in a small cage for a day.
 
Hopefully no lice or mites, and then good care and healthy feed, and space to roam, they will look better. If they are a year old or more, then they will probably molt this year and look a lot better after that, if they are younger, they may not molt until next year, you'll have to wait and see. Just keep an eye on them for a while to make sure there is not a feather picking bully in the midst.
