molting since October?

I have an Americauna that was born March 2014. She started laying around 4 or 5 months old and laid about one egg a day until October. I thought she was stopping for the winter, but she hasn't started back. She doesn't look like she's molting, except she has lightened up in color. She used to be a nice glossy brown. Now, she's more of a tan color except around her head and tail, which is still brown. Our other chicken, a rainbow cross, never really stopped for the winter. She just slowed down to every couple of days. We supplement regular layer feed with oyster shell, greens, and any veggie scraps from the kitchen.

Could she still be molting? She seems happy and healthy otherwise.
