It's tradition for all girl children to have an "E" name, so that's why all the girl suggestions start with E. Esther is my favorite pick for a girl, followed closely by Evangeline. Nathan is my top pick for a boy, followed by Caleb.

I would totally go with Doorknob for a middle name. I like the choices for a boy name, too. Going with the E tradition for girls, how about Earwax? Ermintrude? Endive? Envelope?
