OMG! I'm a monkey toe too! It's getting much harder to do though since my balance is getting bad. I used to be able to pick up a dime with my toes.

YAY another MONKEY TOE!! dimes... bobby pins.. sewing needles... string... pretty much anything I can wrap my toes around!

Me too!! I pinch my hubby all the time with mine...

I thought I was the only one that did all this with their toes! And loved to run around bare foot

I like to grab DH on the back of his foot - the achilles area - and pull his feet around

My toes are my extra hands when I need help.

"Monkey toes"-- that's what my daughter and son named mine. They both have foot 'phobias' and say it is a result of being pinched by my 'monkey toes.' "That's not normal, Dad." Umm, sorry, kids but your Dad is not the 'normal' run of the mill person. My middle grandson calls me 'wierd Pa'. "None of my friends has a grandfather like you, Pa. They're all old and grouchy." As I am old and semi nuts.

Just went back and read all the posts. Wow, isn't it strange that some of my wierdest and favorite BYC associates all have the 'monkey toes syndrome.' Perhaps there is a link to other behavioral traits????
