Month old chick

I have a month old silkie that always has a poopy bum. I clean it off all the time but it's poopy again pretty quickly. Any suggestions?

What is the chicks diet? What are it's living arrangements? What is the form of the poop - is it runny stuff or is it just regular consistency poo that is sticking?

Nature wise, chick starter grower. I have her in a big box with wood shavings. I've done this with my other 7 chicks till they were old enough to be moved outside. More often than not seems more like regular poop just stuck.

Box doesn't have a lid btw. Just open and tall enough she can't escape.

You can use scissors to try and trim back fluff and feathers on her rear end for a "clear shot."
