which I would like to introduce some hens to But every time I try he just attacks them and everything new in the pen. And I have to remove him from the flock. Please help don’t know what to do?

Do you have youngsters, or older birds? How big is your coop and run, how many birds, and how old are they? Are you introducing them after being separated by wire fencing for a while? Any injuries?

His four months old coup is extremely large. First introduced him to two new hens and straight away he stated attacking them ripping feathers out. To the point he had the huddled up in a corner wall. He’s only ever previously had one hen and a turkey gobbler with him. Never showed aggression toward them.

He's probably trying to breed. My most hostile males are usually between 4-6 months before I get rid of them

He's a teenager with raging hormones. If I were in your situation, I'd separate him with wire so he can see them but not hurt them. Give it a few days and try again. Good luck!
