Moore head genetics?

I've been told both charcoal and melanin can cause moore head. Maybe depends on the e locus and other genes present. I've seen it in F1 (Ml) and also F2.

Pictures. Pretty sure she is from one of the Sebrights and one of the Spitzhauben. If not she's from the RIR bantam and a Spitzhauben. But she has Mulberry face and the Sebright hens have this. He comb is also kinda strange and not like a v duplex of a single comb.
