I'd lay off the mix of foods, just give the 16% layer(I presume it's layer feed) for a couple weeks and see if there's any improvement.

Yes, layer crumble.. I am going to have some very unhappy chickens with nothing to forage for lol

Well, then don't....or just change her diet, so only one unhappy bird.
If other birds are laying fine, then accept this girl has issues.
Not sure change of diet would help anyway.
