You need to click on the little picture in the toolbar where it says "insert image" when you hover over it. Then it gives you the option to browse computer or use a URL. I copied and pasted the URL in the box and it showed up.

Stan the Man. 11 month old Jersey Giant, rooster.

This is his expression at his 5 am wake-up call. Yes, I have to wake him up so he'll start crowing. Some mornings I'm tempted to bring him a cup of hot coffee. He crows when he sees me and knows I'm bringing food. I'm sure he's convinced his girls he is the reason I bring food. Protective of his flock, he will occasionally challenge me, but runs when I charge him. While he does not like to be handled, he loves to be admired. But not at 5 am.

Maybe he's not crowing at 5 a.m. because the sun is not up at 5 a.m. Roosters are supposed to crow when the sun comes up.

I think he's giving you the evil eye because you are disturbing his beauty sleep.

My beloved rooster Lucky. Lost him (and 18 others) to a racoon last Fall 2011. Just now trying to repopulate//restart my laying flock. Anyone in Idaho have any POL pullets for sale?
