where?

I had thought about putting them into a cell, but I don't have a spare cell now for the babies, much less the guineas.

If they get much more violent on my hens, I'm gonna use them for target practice.

just kidding

Since they stay outside all the time anyway, just get a roll of wire and put them in your pig pen. idk, just don't lose them, heck I would take them just so I could sell them myself!!

Yeah, I can probably stand them until spring - it just ticks me off when the hens come out of the coop and they jump on them (are laying in wait) and ride them all the way to the garage with the hens screaming bloody murder.

Nasty, foul creatures, I'll never have guineas again!! I'd sell them to Matt, but he has some still - the guineas are about the only thing that survived all those dog attacks he's had to deal with.

Maybe I can advertise them in Columbia Magazine.... If I can trap the stoopid birds in the coop long enough to shut the door on them and catch them.

Ok, Day 20 -

I got one of Shelley's eggs trying to pip.

It is not through the shell yet, just has a pointy looking crack in it.

I've been very good about not opening the bator since I stopped turning.

Humidity is holding at about 54% and temp is steady at 101.

Maybe that baby in the egg heard the two babies I've got cheeping in the brooder box (that Cindy brought over for me to brood) and decided it must be time to join the party.

I have company coming for the weekend, but I'll still be sure to update this - things ought to start happening tonight or tomorrow. wish me good hatching thoughts!!
