Moulting?

My leghorn is about 10 mo. old and is loosing feathers around neck and chest. Is this moulting? She is no longer laying eggs. Will the more aggressive hens take advantage of this and peck more? Will try to get pic.

Sure sounds like a moult. Not sure if a moult will alter her place in the pecking order, though not laying may.
