Sorry blue, I'm about to fall asleep, so here's the longest short version

So back in January we had a walk in. (Someone who doesn't call ahead to schedule a reservation.) She was nice and sweet. Since it was winter we let her stay long term. All was fine until it came near the time that she had to leave in April. Then she started acting strange and was being difficult. She wouldn't pay and keep arguing and making no sense. We finally got her to leave. In that same month we got a call from the local jail that she had been arrested and was in prison due to a restringing order filed by someone else. Apparently, we were her only contact that would actually answer the phone. (Yeah, she has a lot of enemies) So long story short she got out of jail. She came to us to thank us for our help. Then she asked if she could stay again. My parents said no of course. But after about 3 hours of talking she agreed to three terms: she would leave when we asked, she would pay rent and she wouldn't ask to be moved to a new room. All through may she has been difficult but this week has been a nightmare. My parents clearly told her three weeks ago that she had to be out yesterday by 8pm. She started yelling and saying that wasn't fair because we hadn't given her any heads up about when she had to be out. She was gone most all day yesterday trying to find a new place to live. (My parents called our our lodge owner friends telling them not to let her stay with them.) By 9pm yesterday she still wasn't gone. And at about 11 she and my dad got into a huge fight. (Oh and just a pointer here, my parents NEVER yell at people, not even each other. This is the first time I've seen them talk to someone like this.) Mom didn't sleep a wink last night and neither did dad. Anyhow today she was told, AGAIN, she had to be out by 8pm or else our lawyer would get involved and the police would come and take her away. Our new friend that we met today helped her pack since he was the only one she wasn't angry with. By God's good mercy, my brother came home early from his hiking trip today. My dad left to go to his men's group. All afternoon this lady and our friend packed. Several times she came over just to pick a fight with my mom. After a while my brother and I put our foot down and said that mom would not talk to her anymore. So every time the lady come to the office we told her mom was busy and she had to leave. And each time she cussed and slammed the door. By 7pm she was completely packed. (By this time a couple of our friends had come in case we had to take drastic actions with her.) It got to the point that we had to switch the door handle on her door so she couldn't get into her room with her key. She was mad! She cussed my brother out several times and wouldn't stop screaming. After she had cooled down, she got in her car only to find out the battery was dead. So luckily our friend fixes cars and was able to get it working. FINALLY by 9:47 she pulled out and left. I cannot tell you how happy we are to have her gone. She was the most rude and difficult person I've ever met in my life.
