Reminds me of a banty we once had

Hoping to change chicken laws where I live. I started a petition in hopes of people signing it, but I have no idea how to get it to people. I thought about setting up a stand where people could then sign it. (I live in a super nice neighborhood, so I don't have to worry about people stealing it, even if somebody tries, there is a police that lives two blocks away) Anyways, any other ideas on how to get it to people?

Um, I'm not sure. Maybe an online petion or door-to-door with someone you can trust? I don't know about American things though. :/ Sorry, I'm not much help.

I don't know, she was black, we got her at the sale barn (I think). she was an excellent mother
