Mandarins aren't as tame as other Ducks, so you can't hold them or hand feed them...they just sit there and look pretty.
But, I love them!

To be honest, I wanted Indian Runner Ducks, but we got two Mandarins instead....

Not for eating in omelets or scrambled but they are amazing in baked goods. (Like cake)
