To all acne suffers, here's a few things you can do to reduce your acne.
1. Reduce your sugar intake. Stick to fruits, vegetables and grains. Trust me, it really helps.
2. If you use facial scrubs, stop. The tiny plastics block your pores and pollutes the sea. The chemicals don't help at all either. Instead, stick to washing your face, at least once a day, with warm water. Or try using a natural scrub made from plants such as cucumber, tea, flowers, etcetera. (Plus, plants leave a long lasting, sweet smelling scent
)
3. Save the makeup for special occasions. If you wear it all the time, it blocks your pores and only makes the acne worse.
4. Moisturise. Keep your face hydrated, especially in cold weather. Use a moisturiser, with hardly any chemicals in, at least once a day (after you've washed your face).
I've tried all of these and they really do help. They don't cure acne, but they do make it a whole lot better. They even help against my dermatitis. ^-^
