My sister actually did squash two chicks under the water bucket! My dad found them when he went to refill the waterer and he found them. They both survived but one we called Dwarf because she had a growth problem after that!

Oh my gosh! Glad they survived. I almost shut all of my silkies' heads in the egg nest box at least 5 times each. They like to peak their heads out when it's open, but now we always watch before shutting it... :p
