Yeah, some rodents can be fairly vicious.
Luckily, none of the rodents I've kept have ever attacked me. Well, except one hamster, but that was completely my fault. :/ (He fell off our fish tank, so I grabbed him tightly, mid-air, and he panicked and bit me.)

Wow, I used to have at least five rodents, but I've just realised that I only have one now.
