As far as I know yes, when full grown my chocolate cuckoo is supposed to be 15 pounds

That's huge, I didn't know that they got that big.

Yeah, mine is real friendly he is six weeks and bigger than my 4 full grown hens, but they don't like him to much yet

I'm sure they will soon. My older hens are just starting to like the pullets I introduced months ago.

How long until they got along?

They never really bothered them but they all stayed in their own groups and if one got out of line the older ones would bully them. Now they seem to have accepted them more as a part of their flock. I guess it's been about 2 months

2 months, I've had mine about a week

Yeah it will take awhile. Are they aggressive towards the others?
