I have a question for you guys.

I'm wanting to cut and paste the BYC breed section to put in my article. But instead of having it say wwww.backyarchicken.com/breeds or whatever, I want it to say "Cold-Hardy Chicken Breeds." Do you know how to make it say that? I've done it before but I forgot. (Sorry if this doesn't make sense!)
