They are just so sweet looking! I like my buff orps but I fine the breed to not be very hardy I got five last spring and now I have two and most likely soon one from various reasons of dying :/

Are you talking about the molted Orpingtons? My dad had some buffs once says he'll never get them again he says one went To get a drink in freezing weather never made it back to the coop (it was in a run) says it froze to death (our freezing weather almost never gets below 20)

Well I was just talking about the buffs because I've only had them that color out of all orpingtons but I've had one eaten by a raccoon,two killed by unknown reasons and one right now has IB for the second time! So I I'm pretty sure she's going to be culled then I will just have one little buff Orpington left named Sunshine
