Are they squatting? Red faces are a sign they are close but doesn't always mean they should start right away

I actually tested that a few days ago some of the Sussex are it's a little difficult to get close to the Wyandottes their not as friendly as the Sussex :/ ( I don't know how they were cared for before I came home)

Maybe you have an egg eater but I doubt it a lot of my hens are late bloomers
