We were at this auction and this guy had a bunch of standard size old English game hens crammed in a box that he was taking to feed gaters in Florida, and my dad bought 5 of them. I can still remember them all: Henny penny, Hop along (she got run over by the coop and broke her leg), Escape artist, Twelve chick mama, and old mama. the first two were killed by a dog, Escape artist nested down in the woods and disappeared, Twelve chick mama disappeared, and then I had old mama untill just last spring when she got killed by a fox.
