Screaming doesn't work for me. I just cry my eyes out, pray and squeeze things in my fists

I usually just scream into my pillow or go into the woods and scream.

When I get angry I usually cry then grab an axe and chop at a stump until im exhausted then take a nap.

I usually have to scream because my mom gets mad when I start punching things. LOL (I've also found hitting my head on a wall is effective.)
