This is the thread. As of last night, it sounded like the birds were going to be put down
Mia scribbled on her paper while the teacher talked. Math was never her favorite subject. In fact, she hated it. Well, not so much the subject, but the teacher. She elbowed her friend and whispered. "Wanna skip tomorrow?"
Her friend looked over at her and whispered, "Why not." he smiled and went back to work.
"Mia." The teacher's voice boomed. "Care to share with the class?"
"No, Sir." Mia replied, blushing. "I was just asking Jake for a pen."
"Is this true, Jake?" The teacher asked.
"Yes, Sir." Jake said, looking up and slipping Mia a pen. He almost punched her when the teacher turned away.
Mia smiled back and mouthed 'thank you.' She went back to doodling a picture of a cat. The thoughts that went though her mind were not on math, but on what she was going to eat for lunch. Time after time again, she looked at the clock. The minutes seemed to crawl by as if they were swimming in molasses. Finally, the bell rang.
Mia darted out of the room, down the hall, and to her table in the lunch room. Jake was not far behind. Soon, they got their lunch and started shoving it into the vacuums they called their mouths. It didn't take long for Jake to choke on a rebel apple slice. He couched until Mia whacked him on the back, hard. Jake gave her a look, but stopped chocking.
"You're welcome." Mia said as she smiled proudly.
"Gee, thanks." Jake said, still red in the face. He shoved another apple into his mouth.
(I shall finish this later...maybe.)

Hi and bue
Close to thatI read somewhere in Texas or California they were $12 a dozen. And somewhere else it was $1 per duck egg
That was just awful. I can't imagine. My wife and I have built our whole yard and life around our birds for the last 7 years. Losing the entire flock would be devastatingThanks, I'll read it. Poor lady and poor birds!
BUT!Hi and bue
