Jackie's trying to move up in the pecking order, I just watched her challenge Snow White for being the flock leader/boss. Snow White emerged champion with a beak full of feathers, she won't give up her reign of being flock leader.

Okay, well thank you guys.  Hopefully you're right and it all turns out fine. 

I just introduced a new hen to my existing flock back in April-May, the first couple weeks are the worst, then it settles down. They will fight to reestablish the pecking order, but as long as they don't draw blood it hopefully shouldn't be to bad.
