My sister and I used to believe that our stuffed animals were alive just they didn't move in front of us. We would spend hours watching them from behind doors, waiting for one of them to fall for our trap and start walking around.

I used to think that too only I didn't watch from behind doors to see if I could catch them moving. XD

Thanks! :)

It sure looks like it! Yeah, but when we do get to see even a small one, it's even more spectacular!

:highfive: IKR?! When I was little I used to think stuffed animals had "feelings" so it took me FOREVER to get to the right age to actually part with some of them. I know for a fact that I shall never get rid of a couple. Even my mom still has some stuffed animals she grew up with. It's amazing how one can get so attached to toys.

I never got an American Girl doll. ALL my friends got one and I would cry because I couldn't have one. Lol. But I had my mom's Raggedy Ann and loved playing with her. I also bought most of the American Girl books so I know most the stories by heart even though I never got a doll.

I bet it is! :)

I know for a fact I will never part with the teddy bear, blanket, "Build-A-Bear" (That is actually a unicorn. ), and giant horse stuffed animal that I grew up with.

So did I! :highfive: I used to think my dolls and stuffed animals would be sad or jealous if they didn't get to sleep in my bed with me so I'd pile them all in until there was barely any room left for me. Yeah, my mom still has a few stuffed animals she grew up with, and my dad has some toys and Tonka trucks.

Ah, I understand. Only one of my dolls was bought directly from AG, and I had to pay for half of her. Then one was found on Craigslist, and the other I bought from my cousin. I almost wish I wouldn't have gotten them now, AG's soooo expensive and it just makes kids greedy because they want more and more stuff for their dolls. I also read most of the books, they do have good books with good morals and lessons for kids.

Thanks!

Yup, same! Once I had too many stuffed animals that could all fit in my bed at once, I took turns with like 3 each night!

I see. Yeah, the only reason my parents wouldn't get me a doll was because they were so expensive. I now, however, am grateful they didn't because they would have wasted all that money on the doll, her clothing and accessories when I would only be interested in her for a couple years.
And yes, their stories have very good lessons.

Haha! :lau

Very good point! :thumbsup I now wish I could have put the money my parents spent on the dolls and such towards something like college instead.
