Feb to Nov. We only went home in Oct cause my parents requested time off cause my uncle had cancer and after he got over that we went to see my moms siblings (And my oldest brother) who live in PA and VT.

Then how to you raise animals and have a garden if you are never home?

I have a sister who stays home. She runs 4-H though so doesn't get a lot of time to do things. We stopped raising animals years ago but we're trying to get the farm started again (Though we decided we weren't going to leave animals under her care after 5 goats out of a 7 goat herd dropped died in about 2 weeks and my sister out here just barely saved the two remaining goats from a 1000 miles away)
