When are you allowed to pick up heavy things again?

Yep. I don't know, when my mom decides my mouth is healed in to lift heavy things.

Cant even pick up my nephew or niece

I don't think I'll get one either. My uncle got one once (When he was young) and came home and showed it to my grandma and she grabbed him, hauled him to the bathroom and scrubbed it off

She used a rag but he says it felt like steel wool. It was only one of those temporary ones at least.
