Today has been so busy. I've spoken to over ten people (eat that anxiety!), I've done loads of pet things, I've taken a million pictures for this thing, and now we have a stunned sparrow to try and rescue. @-@
I'll see if I can post some of the pictures.

I think it's just hit his head (note the chipped beak). He's not hurt in any other way; his poo is fine; he's got no blood anywhere; his wings and legs aren't broken; he's not thin; he's not dehydrated. He's all good, except for being a bit concussed. Hopefully he'll recover. :fl
