One of our pullets started laying recently, it's the one who looks to be BCM(ish) I know you can't really see how dark it is but it's darker than it shows in the pic.

My hens do that when they're in the next box when they're broody. They scream really loud and lift their tail feathers over their head! When Sparrow was broody, she would bite really hard, get a grip of skin, and shake it like she's trying to rip the skin off! Mean mamas!
