Yup so do II hope you guys fix the house up and make it nice 'n' homely. XD
English is just a huge mishmash of other languages, it's very interesting. The hardest language to learn isn't really english though, a lot of people say it is but It isn't. Native german, spanish, italian or french speakers will find english much, much easier to learn than say, Polish, russian or Mandarin Chinese, and vice versa. Spanish and italian are incredibly similar. I think the hardest thing about english is all of the weird phrases (Bob's your uncle, anyone?), and the fact that words can sound/be spelled the same way but have different meanings. Like read/read, "he read the book" vs "Don't read that book". Or the fact that the read in the first example sounds like red, and the read in the second example sounds like reed. And that's just one example. Plus think about how much the way you say something affects the meaning. And all the different accents can't help..
Well guys, my family and I desperately need your prayers again. Just received word that my uncle is in the hospital with failing kidneys, poisoned blood and a pancreas problem. It's very unlikely he will survive. I honestly am in shock and can't seem to stop crying. PLEASE pray for some kind of miracle, please. I don't think I can handle another loss.
Beach chickens haha I like itI always thought the sound of rain was relaxing.
right back at ya lol
Yup so do I

Hah yeah so have I, and I still mess it upX2!
I've spent years working on my English spelling and grammar. At first, it was all quite difficult, and somewhat confusing. But, I think I've figured most of the words out - and I think my grammar has improved a lot throughout the years.
Of course, there will always be something new to learn - but, compared to other languages, I think English is fairly easy.![]()
