We took it to the vet, and they said they'd put it to sleep. We asked them not to if they didn't have to, and they said they'd call us after the vet had checked it over. But they never called us back. So, we assume they've put it to sleep.

I understand that. It's really horrible, because I really want to talk to people, but it scares me so much. It terrifies me to the point where I'll sweat and even cry.
Joining BYC took me ages, because I was so scared. I didn't even know why. But, joining really help with my anxiety. I made friends - amazing friends - who helped me through and made me a better person. Now, I've have about four face-to-face conversations with people this year; which is a whole new thing for me!
